SHIPPING POLICY
All orders purchased on the HongKong store will be shipped from Hong Kong.
Orders placed on the weekends or Hong Kong public holidays are processed on the next business day. Please see the product page for exact processing time for your product, certain products have a processing lead time of up to 14 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, we send you an e-mail with the shipping details and tracking information for your package.
Once an order has been shipped, it can take 1-3 working days to be delivered. Once a shipment has been sent out, we request you to keep a close eye by tracking the shipment, so the package can be received by you as soon as possible. The shipment may be sent back to the shipper after 7-14 days if the receiver is not available for delivery. This is outside the control of Clear 4 Vision, and we will not refund any cost as a result for loss due to returned delivery.
Shipping is free for purchases of 6 boxes or more, otherwise a flat shipping fee of HK$35 will be charged. In the event a package is undelivered due to the customer providing us with an incorrect address, there will be additional charges which need to be paid by the customer if the package needs to be re-routed.
Please note that Clear4Vision.com is strictly a B2C(Business to Customer) platform and if we suspect that any customers are buying Contact Lenses on our website and re-selling it in Hong Kong, we will immediately cancel their unshipped orders and will refund them and will block their account.
